What you need to submit an application
Start with accurate contact and business details. You do not need to upload every document before introducing your crew.
- Name, business name, phone, and email
- Years in business and home city, state, and ZIP code
- Coverage area and willingness to travel
- Number of crews and the size of each crew
- Roofing systems and whether you perform repairs
You can also add availability, your preferred language, other exterior trades, licenses, manufacturer certifications, and pricing notes. Use the notes to explain what your crew can actually take on.
Documents for review
Certificate of insurance (COI)
Upload your current COI and enter the insurance expiration date. The review team must evaluate the document; uploading it alone does not mean insurance has been approved.
W-9
Upload your completed and signed W-9 using the private document upload. Do not enter your tax identification number in free-text notes.
Official IRS W-9 informationPrice list or pricing notes
An optional price list helps explain your standard work. Identify units, labor and material inclusions, minimum charges, travel, and exclusions. If you do not have a file, use the pricing-notes field.
Accepted uploads: PDF, JPG, or PNG, up to 5 MB per file. Documents are available only to the authorized review team.
What approval means
Approval requires a COI, W-9, an insurance expiration date that has not passed, and a team member's review. Other requirements may depend on the project. Approval does not award a contract or promise a specific start date, rate, or amount of work.
