Who can apply to the roofing subcontractor network?

Roofing business owners and crew leaders can submit their company details, experience, service area, and crew information for review. The application accepts TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, and shingle experience, plus repairs and related exterior work.

Do I need to travel nationwide?

No. You can indicate local-only work, regional travel, or nationwide availability. Tell us your home city, the areas you serve, and any travel limits so we can understand which locations fit your crew.

Do I need my COI and W-9 before I apply?

You can submit your application without documents and add them later using your private upload link. Approval requires a COI, W-9, an insurance expiration date that has not passed, and the review team's confirmation. Additional project-specific requirements may need to be discussed before work starts.

What should I include in my price list?

Include the roofing system, type of work, unit of measurement, whether materials are included, minimum charges, and travel or mobilization costs. Upload a PDF, JPG, or PNG, or write pricing notes directly in the form. A submitted price list is not an agreement for a specific job.

Can repair-only crews apply?

Yes. Mark that you do roof repairs, select the systems you repair, and describe your repair experience. Tell us your coverage area, crew size, and availability.

Can I apply in Spanish?

Yes. The recruitment pages and application are available in Spanish. Use the language switch and enter your preferred language so the review team knows how you prefer to communicate.

Does approval guarantee work?

No. Applying or being approved does not guarantee projects, a start date, or a volume of work. Scope, schedule, pricing, and suitability must be confirmed separately for each opportunity.

What happens after I submit?

Your information goes to the private review dashboard. The team reviews your experience, coverage, crews, and paperwork and can contact you using the phone number or email you supplied. Keep your private document link so you can add missing or updated files.

Can I list more than one crew or roofing system?

Yes. Enter the number of crews, describe each crew's size, and select all roofing systems your team works on. Explain any differences between crews in your specialty or availability notes.

Who can see my documents?

Document downloads are restricted to the authorized review team. Your private continuation link lets you upload or replace documents; it does not expose document downloads. Keep that link private and upload your W-9 rather than typing tax IDs into notes.
